The world is a fucked up place with a lot of extremely opinionated people who hold their extreme opinions often on the basis of misinformation. I find it hard to deal with these people, I get really frustrated. But through the music you have given me I feel better. Your last recorded song, 'Don't Give Up' is a constant source of inspiration and replinishes my faith in humanity. I feel the spirit when I listen to your music. Few people are real like you and I am grateful that you have stood on your own two feet and told it like it is. I am a 17 year old irishman; culturally I probably couldn't be furthered removed from you. But thats the point! Gil, I love you. I mean it when I say that because in a strange way I see a lot of myself in you and therefore that draws me towards you.
